Here is the ugly beast. My most hated enemy. My lifelong companion....at least until now. This is the Diet Dragon and I HATE HIM. His guilt has ruled over me. His limitations have made me miserable and he has single handedly warped and twisted incredible portions of my life. He is an ugly master. Unrelenting, uncooperative (!) and UNPRODUCTIVE. Guess that gives you an idea of how I feel about diets. See him laugh??? HA! Well, the laugh is on him. I am no longer at his mercy and I spit in his laughing face. Dramatic enough for you??? I should think so....but it is all true. Read on and I'll tell you how I'm finally taming this beast.
